Pictures; Board in Bridge, steering used to dock or in port, map showing currents and sea conditions, Captain explaining the instruments, and me at the axillary console
That's very cool that you are allowed to tour the bridge. Clearly an advantage to being on a smaller, more intimate ship. I don't think any of the larger ships do that anymore. (And of course I wish I was there for tea!)
I like how they post on the board every day the number of guests-is that to make sure no one jumps overboard??? I wouldn't think that would be a number that was changing every day! PS When does Chris get a hair cut or will she come home in May with hair down to the middle of her back?
I already had a haircut last week and I have timed them so I can get them on the cruises and one in Sydney. Me, water, humidity and longer hair...NOT a pretty picture. My spa "activities" may have to be a blog entry some sea day! Chris

That's a really neat shot of the bridge. In the last picture, it looks like Paul is about to touch a button. Should someone alert security?

Thanks for your comments on a very dry blog subject. Afternoon tea seems so civilized. Maybe we should adopt the custom in Bigfork.
